UAE Introduces New Fostering Rules Allowing Expat Residents To Apply ❤️
UAE’s foster care has now been updated under the 2022 law on caring for children of unknown parentage in the latest edition of the Official Gazette 📰
The updated rules clarify eligibility requirements for families and single women, including financial ability and to be free of conditions that could affect the child 👧🏻
Authorities can check compliance, including education records and must provide the Ministry with necessary data and documents 📑
But the good news is that fostering rules are now flexible and every resident can apply! ❤️
