👋Bye Dubai-Sharjah Traffic, FIFA Emirati Represent & New Travel Advisories! ✈️
FINALLY WEEKEND! Let’s all pack up and watch the World Cup matches without deadlines and alarms, yallah!

NEWS
Dubai-Sharjah Traffic Is Going to Ease Down Soon!
Get ready to wave goodbye to the infamous Dubai-Sharjah traffic jams! 👋
A brand-new underground tunnel designed to significantly ease the daily grind between Sharjah and Dubai. And not just that, its a whopping AED750 million investment aimed squarely at tackling one of the region’s busiest road challenges 🙌
This exciting new development features: A double-lane underground tunnel that will burrow right under the iconic Al Taawun Roundabout, extending all the way to Al Nahda bridge in Dubai. Its strategic placement is set to reduce immense pressure on the roundabout, creating direct connections to major arteries like Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road 🚦
In a temporary but significant move, the beloved Al Taawun Roundabout Monument will be carefully removed to make way for the tunnel’s construction, with plans to lovingly rebuild it once the project is complete 🥹
The proposed tunnel will provide separate underground routes for inbound and outbound traffic, creating a continuous flow of vehicles beneath the corridor and reducing bottlenecks on one of the region’s most heavily used roads 🛣️
Alongside this tunnel, the ‘Al Noor Road’ is also under development. This new route will stretch from Al Orooba Street and lead directly into Dubai, with an anticipated opening by the end of this year 🫡
The future of commuting is looking a whole lot faster, and now maybe you wouldn’t have to try hard and find excuses to not visit that long-distance friend in Sharjah 🫣
