7 Dead and 9 Injured In A Collision In Dubai
A multi-vehicle collision on Emirates Road recently resulted in seven fatalities and nine injuries.
The tragic incident, which involved a minibus and a stopped truck, has prompted authorities to remind the public of the critical safety hazards associated with halting vehicles on major highways.
Following the incident, Dubai Police issued an urgent directive emphasizing the severe dangers of stopping in the middle of the road. Officials confirmed that the fatal crash occurred after a truck came to a stop on the highway.
Traffic authorities are urging all motorists to exercise extreme caution and strictly avoid stopping on active lanes under any circumstances.
This includes situations involving mechanical breakdowns, running out of fuel, or tyre failures. The primary focus remains on maintaining absolute safety on the emirate’s high-speed roads.
