Emirates President Tim Clark Bets The Airline Will Have A Quick Rebound From Iran War
Emirates says it’s confident it will rebound quickly from disruptions and by the end of the year will still be the most profitable airline
Emirates is currently flying at 65% capacity…
Speaking at the CAPA Airline Leader Summit in Berlin, Emirates President Tim Clark said the airline is currently operating at around 65% of its full capacity.
He added that about 13% of Emirates’ network is still inaccessible because of ongoing airspace disruptions caused by the Iran conflict.
According to Clark, once it reopens, Emirates expects another one to two months of disruption before things fully settle back to normal.
While fuel prices have surged past $100 per barrel globally, Emirates says they’re not too worried. “Frankly, we’re not that concerned”, he said, and backed it by sharing that the country produces and refines its own Jet A1.

Dubai Metro’s New Gold Line Is Coming… And Here’s Everything You Need To Know About It!
The brand new Dubai Metro Gold Line is a 42KM long, ambitious, fully-underground project, covering several key districts between Al Ghubaiba and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
The Dubai Metro Gold Line will stretch across 42 kilometres, making it one of the city’s most significant infrastructure projects to date.
The first fully integrated underground route in Dubai will add a whopping 35% to the current Metro network. More routes, more stations, and hopefully way less “Sorry I’m late, the metro was PACKED”
It’s expected to carry 1.5 Million travelers, and about 465,000 people a day by 2040. Many people in the comment sections were manifesting these connections…AND IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING!

The UAE Records 30% Jump In Visa Applications Despite Regional Tensions
Travel plans are looking a bit different lately, and it’s less “book months ahead” and more “figure it out closer to the date.”
Recent figures suggest travel demand has now recovered to roughly 30–50% of pre-disruption levels, with steady weekly improvement.
One of the biggest changes is how people are planning trips. Multiple-entry visas are up by about 25–30% compared to March, showing a stronger preference for flexibility.
At the same time, demand for travel insurance and express visa processing has jumped around 20–25%, as travellers look for faster approvals and extra security while planning.

Deloitte: Robot “Adoption is Accelerating Exponentially”
Robots are going from niche to mainstream, per Deloitte. They say it’s especially true in places where “physical AI solves real problems.” Take the $1 trillion fast-food market, where brands turn to robots to alleviate 144% labor turnover.
At the forefront of this push is Miso Robotics, which is celebrating a decade of robotic innovation by preparing for its most impactful year yet.
Miso’s Flippy Fry Station AI robot has already been adopted by major brands like White Castle, frying 5M+ baskets of food to date. That earned strategic investment from industry powerhouse Ecolab and an unique collaboration with NVIDIA.
Now, after acquiring Zignyl, the powerful restaurant-operations tool, Miso adds powerhouse operators like Cinnabon, Jamba, and Jersey Mike’s under their umbrella.
Next up? Miso’s scaling across a $4B/year revenue opportunity. Join 39,000+ people as an early-stage Miso investor before they reach 100,000+ target locations.
