Key roads across Dubai will be closed for New Year celebrations! ⚠️

  • Starting from 4pm on dec 31st, Dubai’s busiest roads will be closed for the grand NYE celebrations 🥳

  • Phase 1 of the road closures will limit traffic around: Al Asayel Street

    Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, Burj Khalifa Street, Lower Financial Centre Street, and Al Mustaqbal Street (between Financial Centre intersection and Commercial Centre Street) 🚧

  • From 8PM Al Sukook Street will be closed, followed by Upper Financial Centre Street & the Sheikh Zayed Road (between Al Maidaan intersection and Commercial Centre roundabout) at 9 and 11pm 🕚

  • If you plan on switching to the public transport for NYE, you're in luck because the Dubai metro will run for 43 hours from 5AM on Dec 31st to Jan 1st midnight 🙌

  • Lesser traffic congestion = safe traffic around celebration zones. Lessgooo 🎊
