The Future Living Report 2025 found that 59% of residents plan to stay in Dubai for 10+ years, as average tenure rose from 7.5 years in 2024 to 10.5 years 🔑
Rates:
• 93% are satisfied with where they live• 69% of tenants would move if rents rise sharply
• 55% plan to buy property in 1–3 years
• 61% expect to use a mortgage
Real estate’s role: 🏠
• 41% own one home, 38% own multiple• 87% are happy with rental yields
• 44% say Dubai outperforms overseas investments
So basically... Dubai residents aren’t just passing through; they’re planning futures, buying homes, and investing long-term 💪
