RTA just dropped a major transport update, and Dubai is about to move underground in a big way.
Construction on the Dubai Loop… an ambitious tunnel project developed with Elon Musk’s Boring Company, is set to begin soon, promising faster, smarter travel beneath the city.
The first phase will roll out a 6.4km pilot route with four stations, directly linking DIFC, Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.
The goal? Smoother commutes, better first- and last-mile connectivity, and the ability to move over 13,000 passengers every single day.
