• Starting now, school bus trips will be capped at 45 minutes for kindergarteners and 60 minutes for older students

• This change comes after parents raised concerns about their kids spending over two hours a day on buses, which was leaving many students feeling exhausted and stressed.

• The issue was brought up during a recent Federal National Council (FNC) meeting, where they highlighted how some students were being left on buses for up to two hours each way.

• In response, Minister Al Amiri reassured everyone that the Ministry of Education had not officially recorded any bus routes exceeding two hours!
