Private Schools In Dubai Will Finish Early On Fridays

  • Since the announcement that Friday prayer will be held earlier, the KHDA has been working on adjusting the school schedule.

  • Private schools across Dubai will end the day no later than 11:30am on Fridays 🚌

  • Friday prayer will be held at 12:45 from January 9th, 2026 📆

  • For students in Grade 6 and above, schools can offer online learning on Fridays, subject to parental consultation and KHDA approval.
