A Dubai Driver Paid For A Parking Scratch… Then Got A Refund Two Years Later!

  • Two years ago, on her very first day of driving in Dubai, a resident accidentally scratched another car while trying to park. Not exactly the kind of milestone anyone wants to celebrate 🫣
