• ‘Trust me, this country will make it happen’, he said. He messaged them that the signboard at World Trade Centre Metro Station appeared very dusty and unclear, and stated that this could affect visibility for commuters and visitors 🙌

• Just to give you a backdrop, the RTA has over 530K followers and a well-known reputation for actually sticking to the ‘Typically replies within an hour,’ notice 👀

• And they sure didn’t disappoint. They swiftly replied, assuring the person that the observation had been forwarded to the concerned department for further investigation and the needful will be done. Talk about efficiency! 😮‍💨
